All women shall not wear pants/trousers, unless it is required for your profession, work, school, gym or because of medical conditions.

Don't wear those ripped,slit pants, tight pants, half pants like above the knee, ripped clothes ,low cut singlets, sleeveless tops for men, or jogging where we can see the design of your private part. It is truly not appropriate, kindly please i say this with a place of love. Also, no tight shirts, because it's sexy/seductive where you can see the abs (body shape) because(unknowingly) it will make many lust after you.
All men shall not wear women clothing, that belongs to a female. Often men want to give their coats to their ladies when they are cold, please don't. The Bible clearly says in

About alcoholic drinks, beers, cocktails, rum, wine, etc:
Drinking alcohol is associated with a risk of developing health problems such as mental and behavioral disorders.
Yes, many of you may say, but Jesus Christ turned water into wine. Read it again, WATER into wine... So the wine they drank was probably water cause that was the original drink, there were no chemicals added into it like the alcoholic drinks of these days. Remember when Jesus Christ finished his fasting of 40 days, the devil tempted him right?
Matthew 4:3 The devil came to Jesus to tempt him, saying, “If you are the Son of God, tell these rocks to become bread. Jesus didn't turn those rocks into bread because the origin of the bread would be ROCKS. Now, it isn't pleasant to eat rocks... So with that being said, the water that Jesus turned into wine the origin was water. The Bible says in
Ephesians 5:18 "Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit.

1 Corinthians 3:17 If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him. For God's temple is holy, and you are that temple.
For this topic, you might ask, but where is it written in the Bible? Dear peoples we all know that smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes, weed, drugs are not good even vaping or doing hookah shisha. When people share a hookah, there is a risk of spreading infectious diseases such as oral herpes, tuberculosis, hepatitis, influenza, and H. pylori. Hookah smokers inhale nicotine, which is an addictive chemical. We call ourselves Christians and strive to be like Christ and want to be more like Him, yet we are slowly destroying our bodies which is the temple of Christ by smoking all these things, you are slowly destroying your insides beloved and health. I never heard a person say let me smoke one time and then stop. It is addictive and has side effects which you may not suffer from now but later on can. On the packages of cigarettes you clearly see pictures or warnings that smoking is not good.
I pray that God delivers us all from smoking cigarettes, cigars, drugs, weed, hookah shisha and vaping.

Genesis2:25 says in the beginning, they were naked and they were not ashamed. God created us NATURALLY BEAUTIFUL beloved ones.We came into this world with nothing,just natural with no shame and it didn't bother us. the devil has distracted many into putting these make-ups,but that is not the image on how God created you, for you are wonderfully made(Psalms 139:14-16 )
What is make-up?
cosmetics (such as lipstick, mascara, and eye shadow) used to color and beautify the face. To enhance or alter one's appearance.
What is make-up made of?
Almost every kind of Makeup a woman puts on her face including lipstick, eye makeup, makeup bases, and Foundations. Ingredients include animal urine(Urea); crushed insects; sheep oil glands, crushed bones, hooves, and feathers; and animal skin, tendons, and ligaments and the public is largely unaware.
2Kings9:30 Jezebel put on make-up,. Then Jehu went to Jezreel. When Jezebel heard about it, she put on eye makeup, arranged her hair and looked out of a window. The reason she applied her makeup and did up her hair was to try to allure Jehu into different actions. Jezebel’s use of makeup shows us one negative reason for wearing makeup (it was meant to help her in seducing Jehu).
A meek and quiet spirit does not seek to draw attention to itself. Does your outward appearance—your choice of clothes, jewelry, hair style—reflect that mindset of not attracting attention to yourself? How does makeup fit in with that mindset? Are you using makeup to attract attention to your eyes, lips, flawless skin? Are you using makeup to enhance your outward appearance in order to feel beautiful? The Bible tells us this is wrong. In 1Peter 3:3-4. Let your adorning—your making yourself attractive—not be focused on the outward appearance, but focus your attention on your inner attitude and spirit.
Painting your face and your body is as if you say to God, you didn't create me beautiful, let me as His creation, enhance my eyebrows, put fake eyelashes on because mine are not beautiful or good enough, put nail polish or fake nails because it's so popular everywhere, even doing permanent make-up, dying your eyebrows. Beloved ones, we truly don't need make-up to feel beautiful or to fit in. May the Holy Spirit help us all and reveal more to us about the use of make-up.
TV, Programs, Series, Movies

As a Christian,many may have heard, don't go ot the cinema, dont watch secular movies and dont entertain certain tv shows or series. it's essential to listen to the guidance of the Holy Spirit when choosing what movies or TV shows to watch. Avoiding content that is overly secular, sexual or delves into horror and paranormal themes aligns with your faith and values. By being selective about the media you consume, you are respecting your spiritual beliefs and maintaining a positive influence on your thoughts and emotions. And don't let it take too much time of your day, cause nowadays we can spend many hours distracting ourselves by watching movies, TV shows and series but have very little or no time to pray....don't let the time you consume make you hinder from praying, reading the word of God, because it can affect you…when we read the word and spend hours on it, it nourishes the soul…just was we watch these series or movies can nourish you somehow and keeps you entertained don't let it be overpowering you from leading way from the presence of the Lord in your life. May the Holy Spirit help all of us to not entertain the TV, series or movies too much and may He help us to be closer unto Him.

Music

What Is Secular or Worldly Music?
Secular or worldly music is music that is created without the desire to honor or glorify God. It often celebrates sin, pride, lust, violence, or selfish desires. While not every non-religious song is evil, worldly music feeds the flesh instead of the spirit.
It draws our hearts away from holiness and fills our minds with messages that contradict God’s Word.
“Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.” — 1 John 2:15
Why Is It a Sin to Embrace Worldly Music?
Music has power — it enters the soul and shapes our thoughts, emotions, and actions. The enemy uses music to normalize sin and dull our sensitivity to the Holy Spirit.
When we fill our ears with words of rebellion, lust, pride, or anger, we open the door for spiritual decay. What we listen to affects how we think, how we speak, and how we live.
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind.” — Romans 12:2
Listening to music that glorifies sin makes us conform to the world instead of being transformed by God.
It may seem harmless, but every lyric, rhythm, and message carries a spirit — either light or darkness.
“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly… singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs.” — Colossians 3:16
God created music to worship Him, not to exalt the flesh. When we use music to honor ourselves or sin, we misuse a gift meant to glorify the Creator.
How Can We Discern Which Music to Avoid?
Ask these questions before you listen:

Does this song honor God or promote sin?

Does it bring me closer to Christ or stir up ungodly desires?

Would I be comfortable listening to it in the presence of Jesus?
If a song glorifies violence, sexual immorality, greed, or pride, it is worldly — and we should turn away. The Holy Spirit gives discernment. When something feels wrong, don’t ignore that conviction.
We are called to worship with pure hearts. Not all music must be labeled “Christian,” but all music we choose should bring peace, not pollution, to the soul.
Let your playlist reflect your faith — not the world.
Hair

God gave us beautiful natural hair. You are naturally beautiful and wonderfully made in the image of God. Why add something that doesn't belong to us on our head?
God can reveal to you if fake hair, artificial hair, wigs, extensions, weaves are truly good or bad for you. Even braiding, twisting, dread locking, plaiting,blow-drying, doing silk press, texturizing, coloring, relaxing your natural hair. You want to make it easier to maintain your hair,both relaxers and texturisers are permanent chemical processes... God knows why He created you with curls, coily, kinky hair naturally and it's beautiful that way
I am not judging anyone but just saying this out of love because, the devil is trying his best to make many Christians be ignorant on this topic.

What Is Jewelry?
Jewelry includes items such as beads, necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, piercings, and other forms of adornment worn to decorate the body. While these may seem harmless, the Bible warns us about focusing on outward appearance instead of the inner beauty that pleases God.

God desires a heart adorned with humility and holiness, not with gold or pearls.
Why Do Some Christians Avoid Jewelry?
In Scripture, jewelry often represented pride, vanity, and worldliness — things that draw the heart away from God. Israel fell into idolatry when they used jewelry to make the golden calf (Exodus 32:2–4). Jewelry became a symbol of rebellion and self-exaltation instead of worship.

Even earrings in the Old Testament carried a symbol of slavery and ownership:

Yes, it’s written in the Old Testament,but it is also written in the Bible the word of God. it clearly says, “no tattoo marks on yourselves. Tattoos are sinful and believers should stay away from them. In this generation Alpha many things that were once considered sinful are now acceptable.

What Does It Mean to Have a Clean Interior?
The interior of a Christian is the hidden life of the heart — our thoughts, intentions, and emotions that no one sees but God.
To have a clean interior means to have a heart purified by the Holy Spirit, free from hatred, envy, bitterness, pride, and secret sin.
Christ cares more about what is inside us than what appears on the outside.
We can appear holy, but if our heart is filled with grudges, anger, or jealousy, we are unclean in God’s eyes.
“Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.” — 1 Samuel 16:7

God calls these practices detestable because they replace faith with deception. The devil uses them to enslave minds and lead people away from truth.
When we turn to horoscopes or psychics, we are no longer trusting God — we are trusting lies.
“Do not turn to mediums or seek out spiritists, for you will be defiled by them. I am the Lord your God.” — Leviticus 19:31
Why Should We Stay Away from Them?

They replace prayer with curiosity and trust in human or occult knowledge.

They offend God, because they show unbelief in His perfect plan.

Yoga is an ancient practice that comes from Indian philosophy, which includes Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. The word "yoga" means to yoke or be yoked. It originated in ancient India and aims to control and calm the mind, acknowledging a detached witness-consciousness unaffected by the mind(Chitta) and everyday suffering.(Duḥkha).
Yoga has a deeper meaning that we are not aware of.We Christians should think twice before heading to the local gym for a yoga class. These are postures that are offered to the 330 million Hindu gods. Yoga postures really are; they are offerings to the gods. If you do these postures and you do this breathing technique and this meditation, then you will be accepted by a hindu god. While doing yoga, you are practicing the hinduism spirtualism,you're definitely not yoking yourself to Jesus Christ when you’re doing that. Our goal as a Christian is to always be in communion with God. Mediation of yoga is where they want you to "empty your mind" or have your “mind be silent” is disconnecting you from God and when we disconnect from God who do you think you’re opening yourself up to?
God tells us in His Word that we are not to imitate other customs and practices from other nations aka false religions.

When you arrive in the land the LORD your God is giving you, be very careful not to imitate the detestable customs of the nations living there.

Do not make idols of any kind, whether in the shape of birds or animals or fish. You must never worship or bow down to them, for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God who will not share your affection with any other god!

Bleaching skin

What Is Skin Bleaching?
Skin bleaching is the act of using creams, soaps, or chemicals to lighten one’s natural skin color. Many people do this hoping to look more beautiful, accepted, or admired by others. But in God’s eyes, this practice shows rejection of His perfect creation.
The Bible reminds us that every person is fearfully and wonderfully made — designed with love and intention.
“I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” — Psalm 139:14
When we bleach our skin, we are saying, “God, what You made is not enough.” That thought comes not from the Spirit of truth but from insecurity, comparison, and the lies of the world.
Why Is Skin Bleaching a Sin?
Bleaching is not just harmful to the body — it is an insult to the Creator.
It shows discontentment with the way God made us. The world teaches that lighter skin means beauty or value, but God never said that. He looks at the heart, not the skin.
“But the Lord said to Samuel, ‘Do not consider his appearance or his height… The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.’” — 1 Samuel 16:7
To change what God has made is to believe that human opinion matters more than God’s design. It also reflects a spirit of pride and self-idolatry — wanting to create a new image instead of being content with His.
Moreover, many bleaching products damage the body, cause illness, and destroy the skin. Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are commanded not to harm them.
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit… Therefore honor God with your bodies.” — 1 Corinthians 6:19–20

What Is Cursing or Swearing?
Cursing or swearing means using offensive, vulgar, or hateful words, or speaking in anger to insult or harm others.
It also includes using God’s name carelessly or in vain — something the Bible strictly forbids.
“You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses His name.” — Exodus 20:7
Our words have spiritual power. They can build up or destroy, heal or wound.
When we curse, we allow our tongue to serve darkness instead of light.
Why Is Cursing a Sin?
The tongue was created to praise God and speak life, not to spread anger, hate, or impurity.
Cursing reflects what is in the heart — and a heart filled with bitterness cannot produce holy speech.
“Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs.” — Ephesians 4:29
God listens to every word we speak. When we swear or use harsh language, we dishonor Him and damage our witness as believers.
“Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be.” — James 3:10
Cursing also invites darkness into our atmosphere — words carry spiritual weight.
When we speak in anger, we open the door for sin and division.
Why Should We Stay Away from Cursing?

In vain means empty, nothing, something useless.It can also refer to something that is futile or fruitless.
What is using God's name in vain?
It's that we misuse and misrepresent His name and think nothing of it because we don't realize that, it is taking His name in vain.
If someone told you that, it would be difficult to believe. But it is in the little things where we often hink we are not sinning that we are.

Adultery

What Is Adultery?
Adultery is when a married person breaks the sacred bond of marriage by having a sexual or emotional relationship with someone who is not their spouse.
But it’s more than just an act — it’s the betrayal of trust, the breaking of covenant, and the rejection of God’s design for love and purity.
In God’s eyes, marriage is not just a human agreement; it is a holy covenant between a man, a woman, and God Himself. When we violate that covenant, we sin not only against our spouse, but against God.
“You shall not commit adultery.” — Exodus 20:14
This commandment is God’s protection over marriage — a shield for the heart, home, and soul.
How Do We Commit Adultery?
Adultery begins long before the physical act.
Jesus revealed that sin starts in the heart — in the thoughts we entertain and the desires we feed.
“But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.” — Matthew 5:28
We commit adultery when we:

Allow lustful thoughts to control our minds.

Enter emotional or secret relationships that dishonor our spouse.

Seek satisfaction or intimacy outside the marriage God blessed.

Value temporary pleasure over eternal truth.

Each of these breaks the unity and trust that God intended for marriage.
Why Is Adultery a Sin?
Adultery is a sin because it destroys what God created to be whole. Marriage is a reflection of Christ’s unbreakable love for His Church. When we betray our spouse, we also betray that divine picture of faithfulness.
“Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure.” — Hebrews 13:4
Adultery brings deep pain, guilt, and spiritual separation from God. It weakens families, scars children, and hardens hearts. But even in our failure, God’s mercy remains open.
If we truly repent, He forgives, heals, and restores. Through Christ, broken hearts can be made new, and shattered trust can be rebuilt.

Do you want to be accepted by the Lord and be rejected by the world...or make the world clap for you and be rejected by God? Many peoples want the love and adoration of the world more than the approval of God!
What Does It Mean to Be Influenced?
To be influenced means to allow someone or something to shape your thoughts, actions, or character.
Influence can come from friends, social media, music, fashion, or culture — anything that changes the way we think or live.
But not all influence is good.
When we let the world define what is “cool,” “beautiful,” or “acceptable,” we slowly drift away from God’s truth.
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” — Romans 12:2
Why Is It Dangerous for a Christian to Be Badly Influenced?
As Christians, our identity is in Christ, not in the crowd.
When we start copying the world’s way of talking, dressing, or living, we lose the light that makes us different.
The world says, “fit in,” but God says, “stand out.”
We cannot follow both the world and Jesus at the same time.

When we follow bad influences — people who speak evil, dress immodestly, or live without respect for God — we open the door for sin to enter our hearts.

But God calls us to be set apart — holy, pure, and full of light.

As followers of Christ, we are meant to shine, not blend in.
Our words, our clothes, and our actions should show the world who Jesus is.

Everywhere you go, someone is watching you.
Your kindness, your humility, and your purity can touch a heart more than any sermon.
When others see Christ in you, you become the influence that brings change.
So guard your heart, watch what you follow, and live in a way that reflects heaven.
